The location was marvellous and amazing, near Bust of Nogueira da Silva. Specialty shops and a supermarket were right next door. They gave us a spacious room with AC, WiFi and beautiful views. The staff was nice, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

simply nothing to complain about, quite comfortable stay. abundant breakfast with a wide range of meals. nice staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge. location near a mall, and eateries, and pingo doce supermarket, and other specialty stores. also, right in the center.

The rooms here were well organized and had a TV, not to mention the beautiful views! The hotel is situated right in the middle of the city, making it super easy to walk to both larger shopping malls and a smaller shopping complex.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They all spoke English well and were always willing to assist with any questions or concerns we had. The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and shops. We didn't need to worry about transportation at all during our stay.- The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, with firm mattresses that ensured a good night's sleep.
Parking was quite difficult and expensive. There were limited free parking options available, but we struggled to find a spot.
